Hi! My name is Danielle...

 

Ever since I was a little girl I love baking. It all started one Christmas season, my mother let me bake all the Christmas goodies for the month of December. I fell completely in love with baking. I knew from that moment on I wanted to become a Pastry Chef! As soon as I graduated from High school I attended the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Pasadena, Ca. I specialized and got my diploma strictly in baking and patisseries. 

 

With over 12 + years of experience of creating desserts I decided to change my diet. Creating healthier foods with more nutrient rich meals and treats. My husband and I went vegan for almost 2 years, due to his health. He fell really ill to the point of not being able to eat dairy and meat.  I wanted to support him and start better eating habits.

Recently, he did some research and discovered, that raw dairy was actually very beneficial for your body. Full of probiotics and enzymes to digest dairy and repopulate your gut flora.

Plus, it was helping him tremendously. He could digest raw dairy of all kinds with no trouble. He could eat grass fed beef and cured meats with no problem. 

Although, we are no longer vegan we still eat more plant base foods than raw dairy and meats. 

However, our journey was to eat healthier and especially help my husband to recover from an illness that the doctors say you can never cure.

My husband and I are really enjoying the new lifestyle of eating healthy.

So now, I wanted to share my passion of baking to you but with a healthier twist!
