Vegan French Hot Cocoa
Ingredients
8 oz bittersweet chocolate
70% cocoa butter or vegan chocolate chips (Trader Joe® Brand)
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp espresso or instant coffee
1/2 cup coconut cream
1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in to a medium saucepan. On medium to low heat, continuously whisk all the ingredients until fully melted and hot. *Do not let it boil.
Place vegan marshmallows or more whipped coconut cream on top and enjoy!!
