Keto & Paleo All Purpose Flour Blend | Gluten Free | Grain Free | Dairy Free




Do you get tired of using multiple or different kinds of gluten free flours for one recipe? I know, I sometimes do. So I decided to make my own gluten free flour blend that is low in carbs and paleo friendly!


This flour blend has omega 3's and full of healthy proteins and fiber. Great for a healthier flour alternative for your baked goods!


I just like to make a big batch of this flour and store it in a huge glass food container. Great for making breads, cakes, cookies, and muffins.


There's about 14.06g net carbs per cup of flour. Which is great! Since 1 cup of regular all purpose flour has 96g of carbs! Huge difference in carbs and a healthier flour choice!





Keto & Paleo All Purpose Flour Blend

Gluten Free | Grain Free | Dairy Free






Makes about 5 lbs. 2 oz

(about 10 1/4 cups )


1 cup - 14.06g net carbs

1/2 cup - 7.03g net carbs

1/4 cup - 3.5g net carbs



Ingredients

4 cups coconut flour

4 cups almond flour

1 cup golden flax-meal

1 cup tapioca flour

1/4 cup xanthan gum (optional)



Preparation:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend together the coconut flour, almond flour, golden flax-meal, tapioca flour, and xanthan gum (optional)

  2. Store it in a large food safe container and great for breads, cakes, cookies, and muffins!
