"No oil" Vegan Cream Cheese

Dairy free and oil free cream cheese! Try this stuff out it's good on a bagel or on your sandwich!
No Oil "Cream Cheese"
Ingredients 1/2 block tofu 1/2 cup cashews* lemon juice from half of a lemon 1 tsp sea salt 1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 cup coconut milk or non dairy milk 2 tbsp tapioca flour *Boil cashews for 15 minutes to soften. Or just use a high grade blender. Directions: 1. Blend all the above ingredients in a blender until smooth. 2. Pour in to a saucepan and cook until it thickens. 3. Pour into a glass bowl or container and chill.
