Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip cookies and milk?! (well, non dairy milk) Love these cookies, they are soft and chewy! They are better than the original dairy and egg cookies! You can find vegan chocolate chips at Trader Joe's and Costco! Nothing like a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie and how the smell fills the air!

Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

3/4 cup raw sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 cup vegan butter

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup almond milk

2 1/4 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (Trader Joe's brand)

Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, cream together your butter, vanilla and both sugars until creamy smooth.

2. In another bowl, mix together with a whisk the flour, baking soda, and the salt until well blended.

3. Alternately add the almond milk and flour until the dough is just combine. Then fold in the chocolate chips.

4. Bake at 350F on parchment lined baking pan for 8-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. You want the center just set.

Do not over bake cookies, they last longer otherwise. Cool completely and enjoy!
