Nothing like homemade fudge during the holiday season! It's so creamy and chocolatey! You can add any kind of roasted nuts or crush some peppermint candy on top! Flavor it anyway you wish! Sit back and have a cup of coffee and a bite of your favorite fudge! So delicious! This stuff is so addicting! I'm not joking! (I'm a dark chocoholic, lol)
Vegan Dark chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. dark vegan chocolate chips (Trader Joe's or Costco brand)
2 oz vegan butter
1 can 13 oz vegan sweetened coconut condensed milk or homemade (Click Here)
1/2 cup roasted chopped walnuts or hazelnuts (optional)
Directions:
1. Make a single batch of vegan sweetened condensed milk (click on the link above).
2. In a medium size saucepan, on low heat melt the butter and the chocolate chips. Continuously stirring. Don't let the chocolate sit in one spot too long you can burn it.
3. Once the chocolate is smooth pour in the sweetened condensed milk. Mix until full combined. Stir in the nuts. (optional)
4. Pour in to a greased baking dish. Either lined with foil or parchment paper.
5. Chill in the fridge or the freezer for about an hour until firm to the touch. Take out of the dish and throw away the foil or parchment paper and cut in to 1" cubes. Serve!
