Vegan Cashews & Walnut gourmet "Cheese"

Creating new cheeses is really fun! This one is creamy and tangy. It's great on a cracker or fresh bread. It has a lot of flavor and it would make a great addition to appetizers or just eat it as a dip! Try this "cheese" recipe out!
Vegan Cashew & Walnut Gourmet "Cheese"
Ingredients
1/2 cup raw cashews**
1/4 cup raw walnuts**
1/2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp tapioca flour
Directions:
1. In a blender, place all the ingredients above and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
**If you don't have a high powered blender (i.e. Vita-mix, Blentec, etc..). To soften your nuts, boil them for 15 minutes until soft. Or soak them in water overnight.
Super easy recipe and very flavorful! It's simply divine!
