Vegan Seafood marinade

This is a great seafood marinade for creating that fishy flavor without the fish! Nori is super good for you! I use it in all my seafood vegan dishes. This marinade is super easy and very tasty! Try this marinade out for your next inspired vegan "fish"!
Vegan Seafood Marinade
Ingredients
1/2 cup white wine or Rose wine (Pink wine)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp dried dill
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 sheet finely chopped nori
1 tbsp vegan mayo
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients until fully blended. You can also place it in a blender, if you like.
You can use this marinade for wanting to add a fishy flavor to vegan "meats" (i.e. tofu, chickpeas, etc.)
