Lately, I have been challenging myself to eat less fat and less oil. I'm mean I'm not trying to eliminate it out completely because you still need some fats in your diet. But, I just want to balance my diet out a little more. So anyways, I wanted some mash potatoes the other day and I missed that creamy taste! So I thought about my cauliflower "cheese" recipe and wondered if I could make it out to be a ranch sauce. So I came up with this creamy delicious combo. Try this recipe out on your mash potatoes and let me know what you all think!
Cauliflower "Cheddar" Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
1/3 cup Cauliflower "cheese" (click here for recipe)
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion powder
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

You can heat it up on the stove and add it to your mash potatoes. Or just use it as a dipping sauce!
