Frying with No Oil? You should use a Air Fryer!

Want to deep fry your favorite foods but without all that oil or extra calories that you don't need. You should check out air fryers! This is a must have little appliance to your kitchen! I have a air fryer (not this one particularly above) But I use mine at least 3 times a week! This appliance is great if you want to have french fries, fried zucchini, fried mac-a-cheese, fried tofu, or fried "chicken" or whatever without all that unnecessary oil! If you want to loose some weight but don't want to deprive yourself from foods that you love, you should consider getting one of these little guys!
You can find them anywhere now these days. I've seen them at Walmart, Target, Amazon.com, Macy's, and Kohl's. I'm sure there's more places that sell them. But just to give you an idea how easy to find them these days.

How does it fry my foods?
It's circulating air flow to imitate traditional fryers and heat food to up to temperatures reaching 400 Fahrenheit or more for some. But by eliminating oil from the equation, the fat content in your French fries is drastically reduced or any other foods that you wish to fry.
