Gluten Free Pizza Crust
Ingredients
1 cup almond meal
2 cups gluten free flour
2 tsp dry active yeast
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 cup warm water
1 tsp granulated garlic
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Mix the warm water with the yeast until dissolves. Add the honey and olive oil until completely combined.
3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients until it forms in to a firm round dough.
4. On a pizza stone generously sprinkle cornmeal on to your stone. Place the dough on to the pizza stone and gently roll out the pizza dough either with your hands or a rolling pin. If it's sticky dab your fingers with olive oil and continue to spread the dough out to 1/4" thick or desired thickness.
5. Let the dough rest for about 20-30 minutes until the dough has slightly puffed up.
6. Par-bake your dough for 20 minutes in the oven. Then add your sauce and toppings.
Continue to bake another 20 minutes or until golden brown.
