Low Carb Pizza Crust

Want a no guilty pizza crust without the high amount of carbohydrates? Well you should check this recipe out! I love thin crust pizza. I rather have a bunch of gooey toppings than all the breading. Don't get me wrong, I love bread. But something about veggies en robed in cheesy goodness is amazing! This recipe is so easy and fun to make with the whole family. Top any way you see fit! You can use low sugar BBQ sauce with grilled chicken and veggies or Alfredo sauce with your favorite Italian sausages or whatever you're in to. Just make sure you par bake your crust so it handles all those toppings.
It only has 8.6 grams of carbs in each slice!
Low Carb Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 cup All purpose flour
1 cup Almond flour
1 tbsp psyllium husk
1/2 tsp dry active yeast
3/4 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp Sea salt
Directions:
Preheat oven at 425F
Grease a 14" round pizza pan or stone.
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the warm water and olive oil together until the yeast dissolves.
2. Add both flours, psyllium husk, and sea salt. Mix until it forms in to a soft dough.

3. Lightly oil your fingers and press the dough out on to your pizza pan to about 1/4" to 1/4" thick.

4. Let the dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes. Partially bake the crust in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
5. Top your crust with your favorite sauce and toppings of choice. Continue baking in the oven for 20 minutes or until the tops is lightly golden brown and bubbly.
