Keto Pancakes!


Who doesn't like pancakes? Seriously, its like one of the best things in the morning. Ok, along with coffee of course. But waking up smelling sweetness of those cakes cooking on the skillet slathered with peanut butter and maple syrup (Keto friendly maple syrup). Are you hungry yet? Sure! Eat it for dinner as well. I eat breakfast for dinner all the time. Pair these guys with vegan or non vegan bacon and some scramble eggs or tofu. Whatever you're in to!

These pancakes are nice and fluffy. Low in carbs! Only 3 grams per pancake! (without the Keto maple syrup)

Keto Pancakes

Ingredients

2 eggs (or vegan eggs)

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (or nondairy milk)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 1/2 cup almond flour

10 drops stevia extract

1 tbsp monkfruit sugar

Directions

.

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until smooth.

2. Heat up your greased skillet on medium heat and place about 2 tablespoon of the batter and evenly spread it out.

Let it cook about 2-4 minutes on each side or until deep golden brown.

3. Slathered some butter and Keto maple syrup on top and enjoy!
