Keto Tortilla Recipe

If you're looking for a low carb or Keto-friendly tortilla recipe.This is a good one. It's great for gyros, individual pizza, or tacos. It's so simple and an easy recipe to follow. The secret is don't over bake this recipe. You want it to be pliable to fold and make tacos out of. What you will need is a tortilla press or a rolling pin. It only has 4 ingredients! Plus, only 3 grams of carbs per tortilla.

Keto Tortillas

Makes 6 tortillas 3 grams of carbs per tortilla

Ingredients

2 eggs

2 tbsp psyllium husk

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions:

Preheat oven 400 F

1. In a mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients until it forms a dough.

2. Portion out 6 scoops of the dough. With your tortilla press, place a piece of parchment on the bottom and place the 1 scoop of the dough in the middle of the press. Wrap a piece of plastic wrap around the top half of the press. Or you can roll it out with a rolling pin. Just roll it in between two parchment paper.

This will prevent the dough from sticking to your press. Then close the press down. Leave the dough on the parchment paper and place it on your baking pan.

3. Bake the tortilla for about 5 to 10 minutes. You don't want it dark. Just baked and pliable. Let it cool down and use it for your next meal! They freeze well too!
