If you can't get enough pumpkin, I totally understand! I love pumpkin too! But I do have something in store for you!
It's a dairy free and soy free pumpkin spice creamer!
This has a great pumpkin flavor with all the flavors you would find in a pumpkin pie. Add this to your coffee or your coffee substitute. I added this to my teeccino coffee and it's really good! I recommend having this coffee creamer if you want to get in to the holiday spirit!
Coconut Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer
Dairy Free | Soy Free | Paleo | Vegan
Ready in 20 minutes
Yields: 8 servings
Ingredients
1 can 13.5 oz full fat coconut milk
⅔ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup pure maple syrup
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
1 pinch ground cloves
1 pinch sea salt
¼ tsp arrowroot powder (optional)
Preparation
In a pot on medium heat, whisk together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt, and the arrowroot (optional; this will help make it a little thicker, if it’s too thin for your taste) until combined.
Then whisk in the coconut milk mix together until fully combined. Continue to cook until it thickens to desired thickness.
Pour in a glass pitcher and chill for 8 hours or overnight. Enjoy your next coffee with this creamer!
