When it comes to baking or using egg replacements, you would think it would be very difficult to bake your favorite cakes, bars, or cookies. Or maybe you wanted to batter some tofu to create some chicken nuggets. Well I have a list of "eggs" you can use instead of the real deal.

Applesauce
Using apple sauce as a binder is great for replacing eggs in your baked goods. It has neutral flavor in your bakery items. Plus, offers more vitamins and used as natural sweetener.
Banana
Using bananas are another great binder in baked goods. However, it has more of a flavor to it. So be careful how much you use in your recipes.
Flax seed
Using flax seed is great for replacing eggs in baking recipe or using it for a batter for savory foods. Like battering foods that you want to bread crumbs on.
Oil
Using canola, avocado, of any vegetable oil of choice. It's great for opting out eggs with a little bit of oil for baking cakes or muffins.
Egg replacement
I sometimes use egg replacements that are just a blend of different gums. All you do is add water to the mix and whisk until it thickens like an egg. There are many types of egg replacements. This kind is great for baking and cooking . It has a neutral taste and it's great for baking cookies, cakes, bars, and so on. So just try out some until you find one that you like.

You can also create your own egg replacement with a blend of your favorite gums or flours. Such as, xantham gum, tapioca flour, corn starch, etc.
Experiment and see which one you like the most. Baking and cooking is fun and you can create a million types of dishes. Know what ingredients makes what, is half the battle of creating the next best dish.
