Gluten Free & Dairy Free Meatballs

Who doesn't like spaghetti and meatballs? I love a good pasta dish now and then. But here's a meatball recipe with no carbs, no gluten, and no dairy! It's very tasty with the flavors of Italian seasonings, garlic and little bit of a kick from red pepper flakes!

This would be great on pizzas, calzones, pasta, and a meatball sandwich! This recipes makes enough to feed a small family! Also, this recipe is super easy and quick to make. You don't need to buy store bought meatballs ever again!

Ready in P0 minutes

Serves 24 meatballs

No carbs in meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb. ground grass fed beef or ground turkey

1/2 cup white onion, finely chopped

5 garlic cloves, minced

2 eggs

1/2 cup tomato sauce

1 cup non dairy mozzarella cheese or regular Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 tsp sea salt

2 tsp dried Italian Seasoning

1 tsp granulated onion

1 tsp dried whole fennel seeds

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried red pepper flakes (optional)

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375F | Greased baking sheet pan

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the above ingredients until completely mixed through.

  2. Take a cookie scoop (the size I used was a medium scoop, but your preference) and scoop out about 24 balls on to your greased baking sheet pan. Obviously, the bigger scoop less of the meatballs you will have.

  3. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160F - 165F.

  4. Now ready to be tossed in your favorite marinara sauce and spaghetti noodles!
