Need a quick breakfast in the morning before you get to work ? Make these ahead of time. Either on the weekend and then put them in the freezer. A great way to grab and go! I just love bagels, they are great with cream cheese or you can make a breakfast sandwich out of them! They are only 6 NET carbs per bagel!
Gluten Free & Keto Bagels
Yields: 6 bagels
6 NET Carbs each bagel
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup water
3 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp psylluim husk
1 egg (or 1 vegan egg substitute)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F
1. In a mixing bowl, place all the dry ingredients together. Whisk until completely combined.
2. With a spatula, add the wet ingredients until it forms a soft dough.
3. On a baking sheet pan, place a sheet of parchment paper down. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop a generous amount on you baking pan for each bagel. You should get about 6 rounds.

4. Gently press them down. So they look like a round disc that are about 1" thick.
5. With one of your fingers press in to the middle of the disc and create a hole. About 1.5" to 2" wide.

6. Sprinkle some toppings of choice or leave as is. I used a mixture of sesame seed, dried onions, sea salt, onion, and garlic powder.

7. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until lightly golden on top. Cool first before you cut them in half.

Toast them in your toaster and spread cream cheese all over.
Or make sandwiches out of them!
