Ok, I know people are planning parties for the holidays and if you want to impress some of your guest that have dietary needs or for the ones who are on a low carb lifestyle. Well, you got to check this quick and simple crostini appetizer out! It's tasty and anyone will enjoy them!
Gluten Free | Keto Crostini Appetizer
Yields: about 18-20 slices from 1 Gluten Free baguette
Ingredients
1 recipe of the Gluten Free | Keto French Baguette (makes 4 baguettes)
about 1/4 to 1/2 cup Olive Oil
Sea salt to taste
Crushed Peppercorn to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F
Prepared a grease baking sheet
1. Once you make the Keto French baguettes, let them cool completely before you slice them.
2. Now, with a sharp serrated knife, slice your baguettes at a slight angle and about 1/4" to 1/2" thick. This is really your preference.

3. There's really no exact amount of olive oil or seasonings. It's time to set loose and have fun with your culinary skills. On a greased baking sheet pan, lay your sliced baguettes on the pan.
4. In a small bowl, pour about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Olive oil. Take a basting brush or a pastry brush and dab your brush in the oil and brush it on your sliced baguettes. Sprinkle on some sea salt and crushed peppercorn.

5. Place the sliced baguettes in the oven for about 20-30 minutes or until it's toasted.

6. Let them cool down and spread on your favorite cheese spread. I like to use my favorite and simple cheese dip! Or you can use Boursin® cheese. Which is super creamy and delicious too! Top it with a slice of cherry tomato and garnish the green onions.

Create these little gems for parties or for a tasty snack! Your family will never know it's gluten free!
