Gluten Free | Keto Stuffed Bagel Pockets

Some of these recipes are very versatile and re-use to make multiple dinner ideas! For example, this is the Keto bagel dough stuffed with your choice of different meats or veggie fillings. You can be creative and create your own "hot pockets"! This recipe is easy and simple to make a pocket full of your favorite savory filling. With only 6 Net carbs per pocket!





Gluten Free | Keto Stuffed Bagel Pockets


Yields: 6 pockets

6 grams Net carbs


Ingredients


1 recipe of the Keto Bagels

1/2 cups worth of pulled pork, shredded meats of choice, or veggies

1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice



Directions:


Preheat oven at 375F


1. Make a batch of the Keto bagel recipe. Click here for the recipe. Set aside.

2. In the meanwhile, prepare your choice of a meat filling, veggies, or cheese filling. (I made shredded chicken with cheese)

3. Now, take the bagel dough, scoop out 6 scoops of the dough on a parchment lined baking sheet pan. Wet your fingers with water and press the dough in to a 1/2" thick disc.



4. Place a table spoon full of meat and cheese (of choice) in the center of the disc.

5. Scoop out 6 more rounds of the bagel dough. With your wet fingers flatten the dough and place on top of the meat and gently press the edges are sealed.



6. Sprinkle cheese on top and place the sheet in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.




Enjoy it with a sauce of choice or more cheese! Serve hot and share with your family!
