It's starting to look like the holidays. Time to make homemade candies for friends and family. Here's a sugar free and Keto friendly Fudge recipe. There's about 1.3 to 2 grams NET carbs. It all depends how big you cut your pieces. But they are rich and smooth like you would expect from fudge. It's not too sweet but just enough sweetness for that rich dark chocolate flavor. You can toast some nuts or flavor it with orange zest. Even peppermint extract! I think your family will enjoy!
Sugar Free Fudge
Yields: about 24 - 32 pieces
1.3 to 2 grams NET carbs
Ingredients
8 oz unsweetened chocolate baking bars (100% cacao; Baker's) Or 8 oz Lilly's Chocolate chips
1 recipe of the Keto sweetened condensed milk
25-30 drops Stevia (optional but not necessary if you're using Lilly's chocolate chips)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp espresso instant powder
Directions:
1. You will need to make a fresh batch of the Keto sweetened condensed milk. Click here for the recipe.
2. After you just finished your batch of the Keto sweetened condensed milk, while the milk is still hot add the chocolate bars, Stevia, vanilla extract, butter, and the instant espresso powder. Mix until its completely combined.

3. In 8" round or square baking pan, line it with foil and spray it with a non stick baking spray. Pour the fudge in to the pan and level it off. Chill. Dust with cocoa powder and cut in to cubes. Enjoy!

If you want to add toasted nuts, add about 1/4 cup to the recipe. You can also add 1 tsp peppermint extract instead of the vanilla. Or add orange zest for another flavor.
Enjoy this little treat during the holidays!
