Nothings completes a holiday meal without green bean casserole. Try this low carb and Keto friendly green bean casserole dish. It's quick and simple to make! Has tons of flavor and it's super creamy with all that cheese. Try this recipe out for your next holiday meal.
Keto friendly Green Bean Casserole
Yields: 1 - 9" x 9" square baking pan
Ingredients
2 cans cut green beans (14.5 oz each can), drained or fresh
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, separated
1 small whole white onion, diced
4 strips cooked chopped bacon
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
2 cups coarsely crushed pork rinds
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350 F
Grease your baking pan.

1. In large skillet pan, on medium heat, saute (cook) the butter with onions, garlic, and mushrooms until it starts to become tender.

2. Add the sour cream and the 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Then add the 2 cans of green beans and chopped bacon, stir until they are coated. Add the salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the green bean mixture in to your pan. Sprinkle the last 1 cup of cheddar cheese on top and then sprinkle the pork rinds on top
3. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until fully heated through. Enjoy!
