Keto & Gluten Free Spinach Artichoke Dip


I just love hot dips! Especially in the colder months or at a party. It's cheesy and creamy, full of flavor! If you like spinach and artichoke with cheese, you will be in heaven! Eat this with your favorite Keto crackers or breads and enjoy! It's only 1 grams net carb (also, depend on the size of your serving). You're going to want to eat the whole darn thing!






Keto & Gluten Free Spinach Artichoke Dip

Yields: 1 - 9" round dish

1 grams net carb per serving


Ingredients


1 - 8 oz cream cheese, soften

2 cups Italian blend shredded cheeses

2 cups spinach, raw

1 cup artichoke bruchetta or hearts, chopped

2 minced garlic cloves

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp granulated onion

1/2 medium white onion, diced

Sea salt to taste & Black peppercorn


Directions:


Preheat oven at 400F

Grease a 9" round baking pan


1. In a mixing bowl, place all the above ingredients and mix on low speed until combined.

Or you can mix it all by hand with a spatula. Taste it if you would like more salt added to it.



2.Place the mix in to a grease pan or glass. And sprinkle more cheese on top!



3. Bake it uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until it starts to bubble and the cheese starts to get golden on top.



Enjoy with your friends and family with some home made crostinis or Keto crackers!
