Ok, so I have decided to just give this recipe out to you all, instead of selling it as a flour mix. It's too good of a crust not to share with everyone. Plus, due to other circumstances I honestly just don't have the time. But I don't want you all to miss out on a good thing! This crust has a bread like texture and you can create 2 large pizzas out of this recipe for you and your whole family to enjoy! With only 2 grams net carbs for each slice! You got to try this pizza crust out! Its so simple and only takes like 10 minutes to prepare!
Keto | Gluten Free | Vegan | Sugar Free Pizza Crust
Yeilds: 2 - 12" round pizzas
Serves: 24 servings | 2 grams net carbs per slice
Ingredeints
4 cups almond flour
1/2 cup oat fiber
2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 egg (or vegan egg)
Directions:
Preheat oven at 400F
Grease a round 12" pizza baking pan with olive oil
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all your dry ingredients.

2. Then with a spatula stir in all the liquid ingredients. (If you're using a vegan egg, prepare that first before adding to the mix)

3. Divide the dough in to 2 equal parts. Spread the dough out on to your greased pizza pan.
4. Par bake your crust with no toppings or sauce for about 20-25 minutes.
5. Now, add your sauce and toppings and continue to bake for 18-20 minutes or until the cheese is slightly golden and bubbly on top.
