Keto | Sugar Free Raspberry Jam


Do you want to put some low carb fruit on your keto pancakes? Or maybe spread this yummy jam on your next dessert. Or maybe sandwich this in my Keto friendly Cream puffs!

Whatever you want to put jam on, do it with this sugar free jam! Easy recipe and quick to make. Only 3 grams Net carbs per serving!





Keto | Sugar Free Raspberry Jam

Yields: about 1/2 cup

about 4 servings ( 3 grams Net carbs)



Ingredients


1 cup fresh raspberries

1/4 cup monkfruit sugar

5-10 drops Stevia extract

1 tsp Xanthan gum

1/4 cup water



Directions:


1. In a small pot, add the raspberries, monkfruit, xanthan gum. Stir until its coated, then add the water and Stevia extract.

2. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently, until it starts to thicken and gets bubbly. This will take about 5 minutes or so. Chill and serve!
