Its the holidays and I know everyone is drinking and being merry! But you can have a low carb drink for the holidays and won't have to be without! This is juice from fresh raspberries and blackberries with a hint of holiday spices like cinnamon, allspice, and cloves. Then add a splash of peach nectarine ICE sparkling water to it! Delicious! With only 5.17 grams net carb per glass!
Keto | Vegan | Gluten Free Christmas Punch
Yields: about 5-6 servings
about 5.17 grams net carb
Ingredients
2 cups fresh raspberries
2 cups fresh blackberries
1 cup water
1/2 cup white monkfruit sugar
5 drops of Stevia extract
2 sticks of cinnamons
1 tsp whole cloves
1 tsp whole allspice
2 bottles Peach Nectarine ICE Sparkling water
Directions:
1. In a pot on medium to high heat, place the both berries, water, Stevia extract and all the whole spices. Mix until combined. Let it come to a boil. Then bring it down to a simmer. Let it simmer for about 1-2 hours. In between the hours occasionally, smash the berries and stir.
2. Once the 2 hour mark is up. Its time to take a fine mesh strainer and strain the juice from the seeds and the spices. Pour in to your favorite pitcher. Let the juice cool down.

3. Then pour the 2 bottles of the peach nectarine ICE Sparkling water and stir. Cover and chill!

Enjoy this drink while your having your Christmas dinner!
