Ready in 1 hour
Prepare time: 15 minutes
Bake Time: 45 minutes
Makes 2 large pizza
Only 2g net carbs per slice
Ingredients
1 cup coconut flour
1 cup almond flour
1 1/2 cups golden flaxseed meal or flaxmeal
1 tsp sea salt
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup water
8 eggs or vegan egg substitute
Preparation:
Preheat oven 375F | Parchment lined a round 12" pizza pan
In a food processor, add the coconut flour, almond flour, flaxmeal, sea salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Pulse a few times until blended. ** You can blend by hand, but easier to use the food processor.
Then add the olive oil, water, garlic, and eggs. Mix until it forms a soft dough.
Grease your hands with some olive oil and ball up the dough on to your parchment lined pizza pan. You can now divide the dough in half and save the other one for another time or bake off 2 at once.
Round your dough and make a flat disc. If you find it getting too sticky to handle, just add more olive oil to your hands.
Take a piece of parchment big enough to cover your 12" round pan, place it over your dough. Roll it out with a rolling pin to the desire thickness.
You will need to pre-bake your crust before you add the topping. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Add your sauce and toppings, bake in the oven again for another 20-30 minutes.
Let it sit for 5 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!

Storage:
You can store the raw dough in the fridge for 3 days and the freezer for up to a month. Take out and bake when you want to make pizza!
