I don't know about you, but I love thin crust pizzas! I really like to enjoy the other flavors of the pizza instead of tasting just the crust. Here's a low carb thin pizza crust recipe that I think you'll enjoy!
This crust is gluten free, dairy free, grain free, and only has 3.2g net carbs per slice!!
It has a blend of gluten free flours and easy to prepare! You just need to pre-bake your crust, add your favorite toppings, and then just finish baking it! That's it!
Make this recipe and share with family and friends. I'm sure they would like this pizza crust as well!!

Low Carb Thin Crust Pizza
Gluten Free | Dairy Free | Grain Free | Paleo | Keto friendly
Ready in 40 minutes
Serves 8 slices
Only 3.2g net carbs per slice
Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp golden flaxmeal
1 tbsp tapioca flour
1/2 cup almond flour
2 eggs
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp baking soda
Preparation:
Preheat oven 400F | parchment lined - 1 round 12" pizza pan
In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, flaxmeal, tapioca flour, almond flour, sea salt, xanthan gum, and the baking soda. Whisk together until completely combined.
Stir in the eggs and the olive oil. Mix until it forms a dough.
Roll out your dough on to a piece of parchment paper, big enough to fit a 12" round pizza pan. It will be about 1/8" to 1/4" thick.
Slide the parchment paper with the rolled out dough on to your pizza pan.
Bake without any toppings for 15-18 minutes. Or until its just baked.
Take your pizza crust out of the oven and add your sauce and toppings. Continue to bake for another 15-18 minutes or until the toppings are cooked through.
Let it sit for a minute or so before cutting it. Cut it in to 8 slices and enjoy!
Storage: Of course store your leftovers in the fridge and reheat your crust in the oven at 400F for 10-15 minutes. Plus, this crust will freeze well too. I would say up to a month!
