Low Carbs Keto & Paleo Egg Noodles

Looking for a low carb noodle with only 3 simple ingredients? This recipe only has 3 simple ingredients with absolutely no carbs in the whole recipe!


These noodles are really easy and simple to make! Make a big batch and save them for another time in the fridge!


Plus, they are literally great if you are on a Keto or a Paleo diet! No gluten, no dairy, no nuts, and no grains! Just clean eating!!


Try these noodles next time with your favorite pasta sauce!!





Low Carb Egg Noodles

Gluten Free | Dairy Free | Nut Free | Grain Free | Paleo | Keto friendly






Ready in 20 minutes

Serves 2 dishes



Ingredients

4 large eggs

1/8 tsp sea salt

1 tsp xanthan gum



Preparation:

Preheat oven 350F | Parchment lined or slipmat baking pan


  1. In a mixing bowl, with a hand blender, blend all the ingredients together until it's completely combined and thicken. You could probably use a food processor or a blender.

  2. With a off-set spatula spread evenly the paste on to the baking sheet pan.

  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Then use a knife or pizza cutter and cut strips that are about 1/4" or thinner for your pasta. If you want to make fatter noodles that works too; the size is up to you. Ready to be tossed in your hot Italian sauce! Enjoy!






Storage:

You can store these noodles in sandwich baggies up to a week in the fridge.
