Don't you love the flavors of fall? I sure do! Butterscotch has such a distinct flavor! It's a great way to celebrate the fall season!
You can make this for ice cream, dipping apples, drizzle for cakes or cookies and much more!
I think I'm going to add this to my hot teas or coffee! Yum! You can use this for whatever dessert your heart desires and it will be perfect!
It's dairy free, nut free, soy free, and absolutely delicious! It would be good enough for the whole family to enjoy!

Rich &Dark Butterscotch Sauce
Dairy Free | Soy Free | Nut Free
Ready in 20 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients
½ cup butter flavor coconut oil or ghee
1 ½ cups coconut sugar
4 tbsp molasses
1 cup coconut cream
1 tbsp vanilla extract + 1 tsp
¼ tsp fine sea salt
Preparation
In a medium size pot, add all the ingredients except the vanilla. Whisk together until combined.
Cook on medium to high heat for 12-15 minutes. Turn off. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Strain and let it cool down on the counter for 30 minutes. Pour into a storage container. Then chill. It will thicken and lighten up as it cools down.
