Keto| Low Carb French Fries

Yields: about 4-5 servings

~ 5 - 6.75 grams Net carb per serving

Ingredients

1/2 cup raw cauliflower

2 cups almond flour

4 eggs

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp psyllium husk flour

1 cup avocado oil

Directions:

Preheat your avocado oil in a pot or deep sauteing pan on medium to high heat.

1. In a food processor or high power blender, add all the above ingredients in to the blender. Blend until it forms a thick paste. If you want to pre-blend your cauliflower first, you can do that.

2. With a piping bag, fill your bag with some of the paste and with the oil already heated up, pipe a curly cue style french fry in to the oil. Let it cook on each side for a minutes or until a deep golden brown. Take some metal tongs and place the fries on a plate with a paper towel to soak up any extra grease.

3. Sprinkle some seasonings of choice on top or start dipping in your favorite sauce!

Enjoy this little treat next time you have a burger! Bon Appetit!
