Sugar Free Instant Mocha Recipe


I have been experimenting with this recipe for about a week. Trying to get the ratios just right for a instant sugar free & Keto friendly mocha powder mix. You can make batches of this stuff and take it with you to work or on the go! Just add about 8-11 oz boiling water and enjoy an instant sugar free mocha from scratch! You can save yourself a trip to the coffee shop and money! Great for on the go days when you don't have time to make a drip coffee in the morning for work. Just make fresh brew at work by just adding hot water! It's that simple!



Sugar Free Instant Mocha powder

Yields: 1 - 8-11 fl oz cup



Ingredients


2 tsp instant espresso

2 tbsp heavy cream powder

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp + 2 tsp monkfruit powder sugar



Directions:


1. Sift together all the dry ingredients and whisk until completely combined.


2. Add in to your cup and pour about 8 to 11 fl oz of boiling water. Mix. Enjoy!



You can add flavoring to it as you wish or add a dollop of whip cream on top!


If you like it a little sweeter just add a couple of drops of Stevia extract and you're good to go!
