Sugar Free & Keto Friendly Dark chocolate Ganache

Want a rich dark chocolate ganache? This is a great recipe that would make any dessert stand out. It's rich and smooth. It has 10 grams of carbs for the whole recipe. So its good for glazing, filling cakes or cupcakes. Its a great accent icing!
Dark Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients
1/2 cup Lilly's chocolate chips (or a sugar free chocolate chip of your choice)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
5 drops Stevia extract
Directions:
1. In a small pot, on very low heat melt all the ingredients together until completely melted and smooth. Don't over heat the chocolate you can burn it. **TIP: You can add more heavy cream if you want it thinner.

It's ready to be used for glazing, dipping, coating, filling cakes or cupcakes. Or what ever you want top. You can put it on ice cream. It's great for anything you want that extra chocolate flavor.
