Here's a super easy and fast chocolate mousse recipe! It would go great with any cake or cupcakes! Use it as a filling or use it as a icing, it doesn't matter it's chocolaty and creamy! It's sugar free, gluten free, and Keto friendly! Your family seriously won't know it's sugar free!
Sugar Free | Keto Chocolate Mousse
Yields: 2 1/2 cups
less than 1 gram Net carb per serving
Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup powdered monkfruit sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp instant espresso powder (optional)
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl with a whisk attachment, add all the above ingredients in to the bowl and whip on medium to high speed until it forms stiff peaks. Don't over mix, otherwise it will become grainy.

And that's it! You have instant chocolate mousse!

Enjoy it on cake or just eat it with fresh raspberries or strawberries!
