Looking for a sugar free and low carb teriyaki sauce for your next Asian meal? Well here is a simple recipe that will satisfy your taste buds! Honestly, no one would know it was sugar free. It's has the perfect flavors of ginger and garlic that puts this sauce together. It takes at least 10 minutes to whip this together and flavor your next stir fry.
Sugar Free Teriyaki Sauce
Yields: 1 cup
Ingredients
1 cup reduce sodium soy sauce
3/4 cup monkfruit granulated sweetener
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp arrow root
Directions:
1. In a small pot, whisk together all the ingredients above until combine.
2. Cook on medium to low heat and stir occasionally until it starts to thicken and bubble.
3. Take it off the heat and add the sauce to your favorite stir fry over white rice or cauliflower rice! Enjoy!
