Sugar Free Sweetened Condensed Milk

Updated: Nov 26, 2019

Can't look for sugar free sweetened condensed milk? Well, you can make your own. And It's very easy to make too! I like to use Monkfruit sugar and Stevia to make this quick condensed milk. You can use this recipe to help make fudge, bars, and icings.

Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk

Yields: 3/4 cup

Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup monkfruit sugar

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

5 drops of Stevia

Directions:

1. In a small pot, on high heat add the all the above ingredients and mix with a spatula until completely combined.

2. Let the cream come to a boil and then bring the heat down to medium heat. Continue to cook for about 10-15 minutes until the cream starts to thicken. You want to cook the water content out of the cream and butter.

3. Once it has thicken, you can add it to your next recipe. I would recommend to use this as fresh as you need it because as it cools it slowly starts to crystallize. But if you combine it with other ingredients it turns out great!
