Super Quick & Easy Pumpkin Apple Crisp

NEW TUTORIAL VIDEO! Super easy pumpkin apple crisp for the whole family to enjoy! NO process sugar added. Sweetened with monkfruit and raw honey. Not too sweet, just the perfect dessert after a meal. It will definitely make your whole house smell like fall.
Super & Quick Pumpkin Apple Crisp
Yields: 1 - 8"x 8" baking pan
Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree
4 cup gala apples, sliced/peeled/cored
2 oz unsalted butter
1 cup granulated monkfruit sweetener
2 tbsp raw honey
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup arrow root powder
1/2 cup water
Topping:
2-3 cups Keto sweet bread crumbs (Keto cinnamon rolls or regular Keto bread)
2 oz melted unsalted butter
2 tbsp granulated monkfruit sweetener
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350F grease a 8" x 8" baking pan
1. In a saute pan, add the apples, spices, salt, and water. Stir until apples are coated.
2. Add the arrow root powder and the honey stir until powder is dissolved in water.
3. Cook on medium heat, stirring, until apples are slightly tender and filling is bubbly and thicken. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in the pumpkin puree until puree is fully combine in the filling.
5. Pour filling in to the baking pan. Set aside.
Topping:
1. In a food processor, blend in your bread until it resembles like crumbs.
2. Measure about 2 - 3 cups in to a mixing bowl, add the melted butter and monkfruit.
Stir until combined.
3. Sprinkle on top of the filling. BAKE the crisp in the oven for 20-25 minutes until top is golden on top. Serve hot with ice cream!
