Top 5 Keto Store bought Foods I buy




I like to stroll down the grocery store and see what kind of low carb or Keto friendly foods they have. Keto is on the rise of getting people to loose weight and get healthier. So I like to try and find healthier low carb options to have when I'm in a hurry or so tired to cook at night, I can just use some of these items to make a quick meal. Or just have a quick snack on the go!





1. Mission Carb Balance Soft Taco Whole Wheat Tortillas




When you're in a hurry and don't have time make your own low carb tortillas. You grab a couple bags of these tortillas! They taste exactly like the regular flour tortillas. You really can't tell the difference. They come in 2 different sizes, medium and large. You can make wraps, burritos, tacos, taquitos, quesadilla, and much more!

They only have 5 grams of NET carb and zero sugar each tortilla! You can't beat that! Plus, they are very inexpensive as well. Look out for these guys at your local store.




2. Healthy Noodles



I absolutely love these noodles! They remind me of rice noodles. However, I have used them for pesto, Alfredo, spaghetti, and macaroni and cheese. You would never know that they are only 2 grams NET carb for a whole package of noodles. You can can eat the whole thing and not feel guilty one bit. They come in a 6 pack for a great price at Costco.


They are made out of soybean protein. They are already cooked and ready to go. They are preserved in a salt brine. However, all you have to do is rinse them under cold water and then heat them up in your meat and sauce. Ready to eat in minutes! Great when you're in a hurry and need to make a quick meal.


Unfortunately, the only place I've seen them at are at Costco. However, I know every Costco is different. So hopefully, you can find them at your store.




3. Whisps Cheese Crisps 100% Cheese Crunchy



This guys are great for a quick snack on the go or just watching a movie. I like to eat them like chips. I usually dip them in salsa and whatever low carb dipping sauce that I have on hand.


They are flavorful and have a great crisp to them. (hence the name) They aren't too expensive. I've seen them in large bags at Costco. But now they are starting pop up everywhere in the grocery stores, even Walmart! So again, keep your eye out for these treats. I think you will enjoy them.





4. Mission Chicharrones Pork Rinds




If you ever need to bread anything like chicken or steak. Use pork rind crumbs. It's a lot cheaper to buy pork rinds and then grind them up yourself than buying already pork rind crumbs. They charge way too much for them. They are just pork rinds and salt. Zero carbs!


I like to crush them and use them to make air fried zucchini fries, breading for chicken or make chicken fried steaks. Use pork rind crumbs. Of course, you eat them as a snack. But they are very versatile for different meals.




5. Moon Cheese - 100% Natural Cheese Snack




These make a great snack on the go. I love eating them while I'm watching a movie because they remind me of cheese its but with a cheesier flavor. They are addicting so be careful!

They aren't too expensive. You just have to shop around. But I do notice that they are starting to pop up at lot of places now.



You can get a big back of them at Costco or you can find them at Walmart. Great snack to take to work or on a long car drive. But it's easy to eat the whole bag. They are very tasty! If you love cheese, you will love these guys. In fact, that's exactly what they are made out of 100% cheese. You can't go wrong!
