Plant base & No Dairy! | White Cheddar or Yellow Cheese recipe

Here is a new cheese recipe, I think everyone will enjoy. It creates a beautiful cheese ball for parties and whatever occasion you have. Add extra seasonings to your liking or just eat as is. It's creamy and delicious!

Ingredients
1 cup cashews, raw
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup sauerkraut
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp tapioca flour
2 tbsp vegan mayo
1 tbsp nutritional yeast (more yellow add 2-3 tbsp)
Optional: 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
Directions:
1. In a bowl, place 1 cup of the raw cashews and 1 cup of boiling water. Let it sit for about 2-4 hours. Then drain the cashews.
2. In a blender, add the cashews and the rest of the ingredients. Blend until completely smooth.
3. In a saucepan, pour the cheese mix in and on medium heat, cook until it thickens like a paste. Pour in to a glass container and chill.

You can add chives or jalapenos , caramelized onions, or whatever you want to added some more flavor.
To make it more of a sauce you can add some non dairy milk and just make sure you adjust the salt, if you wish.
